Hill Top Leadership Challenge 2015

"Mere Discipline cannot make leadership. The latter calls for faith and vision." - Mahatma Gandhi

The Hill Top Leadership Challenge is an annual interschool event, organised by the Hill Top School, Jamshedpur, to find the 'young leaders of tomorrow'.  The event evaluates young, potential leaders in different areas which include communication skills, clarity of thoughts and perspective on issues, situation management, confidence, listening skills, attitude and confidence.

It is one of the most awaited events in and around Jamshedpur, and students look forward to this challenge enthusiastically, each year.

The fourth year of the Hill Top Leadership Challenge was held in December 2015, where many students took part to claim the title. Eight of the many students were chosen for the finale, of which Muskan Mascharak of Loyola School emerged as the winner.
