Lifestyle is a term that refers to the way people live in their day-to-day lives, their activities, habits, values and attitude. It includes food choices, sleeping patterns, resting, physical activities and exercise, immunisation and coping with stress among others.
This regime eventually takes a toll on their health. Like in any profession, healthy body and mind promotes better job productivity. To maintain high energy levels throughout the day cannot be possible if a good lifestyle is not led.
Tips to promote a healthy body, mind and soul
Relax for a few minutes every time, before entering a class. It helps to focus better and visualise the flow of the lesson plan during the class.
Try to eat a fruit or a high nutrition snack during short breaks. It benefits in building and sustaining energy throughout the day.
Start and end the day with a few stretching and breathing exercises to relax the mind and muscles.
