Nature of the Vacancy: Full time

An Executive – Creative Solutions works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, corporate communications and corporate identity, giving organisations a visual 'brand'.

The work requires creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

There are no formal academic requirements for entry into the profession, although experience in fine arts, illustration and graphic design qualifications will be helpful. Candidates with 1 or 2 years of experience can also apply.

While entry is open to non-graduates, preference will be given to those with relevant degrees. A degree in graphic design is advantageous although other art and design subjects will be accepted.

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional skills preferred are - Corel Draw, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM). Extra hours are uncommon, unless work is pending due to delays in design and slow work. Project deadlines are non-negotiable.

The package would be commensurate to the qualification, skill set and experience of the candidate. The same would match the best in the industry.

For candidates with less than a year of experience, who fit the above the profile, the starting per annum package would be Rs. 2.16 Lakhs. After the 6 months probationary period, the performance of the candidate will be reviewed and based on the performance a suitable increment in the remuneration will be given.
